  • Daniel Bennett, 47, of Hellyer Way, Bourne End. Theft from a shop. On May 27, in Princes Risborough, stole nine bottles of wine, valued at £63, from Co-op Food. Fined £120. Compensation £259. Costs £119. Theft from a shop. On June 8, in Princes Risborough, stole 20 bottles of wine from Co-op Food, valued at £140. No separate penalty. Theft from a shop. On June 23, in Princes Risborough, stole eight bottles of wine from Co-op Food, valued at £56. No separate penalty. Theft from a shop. On June 22, in Princes Risborough, stole 13 bottles of wine from Co-op Food, valued at £85.95. No separate penalty.
  • Qais Rehman, 22, of Cressex Road, High Wycombe. Failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Kidlington on December 1, 2020. Fined £138. Costs £344. Driving record endorsed with six points.

July 13

  • Erik Bors, 22, of Totteridge Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink drive limit in Frogmoor, High Wycombe on June 27. Fined £900. Costs £175. Disqualified from driving for 15 months.
  • Lauren Langton, 33, of Williams Close, Aylesbury. Driving over the drink drive limit in Holly Drive, Aylesbury, on June 25. Fined £120, Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
  • Theresa Stevens, 48, of Townfield Lane, Chalfont St Giles. Assault by beating in Chalfont St Giles on April 11, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent suspended for 18 months.   • Ricki Smith, 48, of Stocklake, Aylesbury. Exceeding a temporary 50mph speed limit on the M4 motorway in Bray on October 22, 2020. Speed recorded was 57mph. Fined £226. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
  • Stephen Westwell, 76, of White Hart Lane, Haddenham. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Weedon Road, Aylesbury, on December 18, 2019. Speed recorded was 35mph. Fined £66. Costs £32. Driving record endorsed with three points.

July 14

  • Geneva Browne, 23, of Crest Road, High Wycombe. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on June 9. Community order extended. Fined £40. Costs £60.
  • Bridget Mongan, 23, of Abbot Ridge, Long Crendon. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on June 1. Community order made. Costs £60.
