A BMW driver from Bucks who was caught driving at over 60mph in a 30mph zone has avoided a driving ban.
Nikesh Parekh, 35, of Lye Green Road in Chesham, was driving at 63mph along Chesham Road in Bovington, which has a 30mph speed limit, on July 28, 2020.

Appearing at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on June 24, Parekh admitted to a charge of exceeding the 30mph speed limit.
The court heard how the speedster was behind the wheel of a BMW saloon when he was caught breaking the limit by a mobile speed camera.

After admitting the offence, Parekh was fined £1,200 and ordered to pay a further £230 in costs.
The magistrates also endorsed his licence with six penalty points, but they opted not to disqualify him from driving.
