A High Wycombe man who was caught behind the wheel four times while he was banned from driving has avoided going to prison.
Between February 24 and April 4, Amar Janhangir, 25, of Booker Lane, High Wycombe, was caught driving while he was supposed to be serving a disqualification for a previous offence.

Appearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on July 7, the court heard how Janhangir was caught driving in Bridge Street, Wycombe, on February 2, in Ditton Road, Slough, on March 12, in Chiltern Avenue, Wycombe on March 19 and in Farnham Road, Slough on April 4.
Janhangir pleaded guilty to all four charges of driving while disqualified. He also admitted driving without insurance on all four occasions.

Despite his repeat offences, the magistrates did not opt to send Janhangir to prison, instead giving him a 12-week sentence suspended for one year.
He was also banned from driving for 25 months and £468 costs.
