A former deputy headmistress who worked at the same school for 30 years has passed away.
Theresa Lloyd Ziolkowska, passed away this summer at the age of 91, worked at the St Joseph’s Catholic School in Chalfont St Peter from 1964 until 1991.
During that time, Mrs Ziolkowska was instrumental in making sure that students passed their respected exams to enter grammar school, with son, Stefan, revealing that his late mother ‘achieved well above average’ in helping children get through their examinations with high marks.

Stefan said: “I think she’ll be recognised as someone who was quite firm, but was warm and had the capacity to listen to children.
“From the conversation I had with my father, she achieved well above average results in terms of getting children to pass their respected exams to get into grammar schools in Buckinghamshire.
“She was kind, loving and exceptional mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
