A Marlow pub will re-open its doors in September with a revamp inside that will see an open kitchen put in that will be visible to guests.
The Oarsman, located on Spittal Street, is now under the new ownership of Truffle Hunting duo Nigel Sutcliffe and James Mclean.
Nigel has recently worked with Heston Blumenthal on the Fat Duck Group and was previously managing director of The Crazy Bear Group.

James started his career winning Young Chef of the Year and has held positions at some of the country’s most prestigious restaurants.
The pair, who have worked together for over 20 years, have recruited a chef and sous chef for the new team and are currently on the lookout for a general manager and sommelier.
The gastropub will use established local suppliers and host tasting evenings to showcase the new seasonal menu.
Nigel said: “James and I are delighted that we will be re-opening such a fantastic property in the coming months.
“We have some exciting plans for guests and hope that we can bring something to Marlow that compliments the existing offering.
“We rely on our local audience and can’t wait to welcome them as soon as we are ready to".

Renowned for his knowledge of the wine industry, Nigel is also creating an award-winning wine list that will include favorites as well as the more unusual finds.
There will be wine flight suggestions, which will change to suit the season, for those who might like to be steered to try something new.
The bar area will be able to welcome 50 guests whilst the bistro will house up to 50 people and the covered outside space will have seating areas suitable for all weathers with blankets for the cooler evenings.
The Oarsman will be open in mid-September with lunch and dinner as well as drinks available daily.
