A man who had cannabis in his car in Gerrards Cross has been given a suspended jail sentence.
Cameron Jhalli, 23, was stopped in Heusden Way after his car triggered an ANPR camera on the A40 on August 7, 2019.
When police searched his car, they found cannabis.
Jhalli, of Gray's Place in Slough, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply a class B drug at Aylesbury Crown Court on Tuesday, August 3.
He was given a 20-week jail sentence, suspended for two years, and was ordered to pay a fine of £1,000.
Thames Valley Police said it shows they will not tolerate any attempts to sell drugs in the community.
Investigator Debbie Parker-Boyes said: “I hope that it serves as a warning to others who look to carry out this sort of offence.”
