It comes after grandfather Andrew Ballantyne died in Micklefield Road one week ago.
Lambkin and Anderson will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.
Paying tribute to Mr Ballantyne, his heartbroken family said: "He was a man who was committed to his family, he was the heart of the family and was a committed son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.
"Anything Andrew did, he put his heart and soul into.
“He had a deep passion for cars and he was a peacemaker in the community, talking to young people to change their ways.
“May his soul rest in peace.”
He was allegedly found by police surrounded by a group of men near the Jet petrol station on the corner of Micklefield Road and Hicks Farm Rise just after midnight on Saturday.
Police officers tried to give him CPR but he was pronounced dead at the scene, sparking a murder investigation.
