Parking at an apartment building could double in number if plans are approved.

Plans mention the ‘construction of nine additional parking spaces on land to the front of the building for resident use’.

Currently, there are nine parking spaces. That will increase to 18.

“There are nine garages in two blocks at Wilton Hollow providing one space per apartment,” wrote Aquinna representative John Strange.
“This proposal would increase the parking provision overall to two spaces per apartment (one garage and one parking space), which would then meet the current requirements for parking provision for apartment schemes.”
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
