Mr Richard Barnard has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for 32 Windmill Hill, Princes Risborough.
Plans detail the ‘installation of an octagonal wooden summerhouse in the grounds’.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.
Change of use of a residential annexe to guest accommodation - 21/07232/FUL
Manor House Farm Partnership has submitted to the council a ‘change of use’ application for Manor Farm, Church End, Bledlow.
Two parking spaces will be retained.

Single-storey side/rear extension, two front dormer windows, two side rooflights, conversion of loft space and part of garage to living space - PL/21/2935/FA
Mr and Mrs Daly have submitted to Bucks Council an application for 24 Deancroft Road, Chalfont St Peter.
The aim of the work is to ‘provide habitable accommodation’.
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
Demolition of existing front conservatory and erection of two single-storey rear extensions and front porch - PL/21/2940/FA
Mr and Mrs Barton have submitted to the council a planning application for Home Farm, Flaunden Bottom, Latimer.
The work is intended to ‘enable circulation within the dwelling’.
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
Formation of tennis court - PL/21/3005/FA
Alpine Ventures Limited has submitted to the council plans for Tithe Barn, Lake End Road, Burnham.
Plans detail the ‘provision of a private tennis court, surfaced in artificial grass’.
