A second man has been charged with murder in connection to the death of 55-year-old Andrew Ballantyne.
Daniel Ramsey, aged 25, of Micklefield Road in High Wycombe, was arrested on Monday (August 2) and charged last night (August 4) with one count of murder.
The charge is the second in connection with an incident in High Wycombe in the early hours of Saturday (July 31) when Mr Ballantyne was found unresponsive on the ground in Micklefield Road.

He will appear before High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today (August 5).
Nickolas Williams, aged 25, of Gibbs Close in High Wycombe, who has also been charged with murder appeared at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court yesterday afternoon (August 4).
Appearing briefly in front magistrates, Williams was informed he will next appear at Reading Crown Court on Friday, August 6.
Mr Ballantyne's family is being supported by specially trained officers as tributes come in from all over the town after the tragic news.
