Plans to convert an office building to 54 flats have been resubmitted to the council.
Mr Nigel Marsden, of ReAssure Limited, has submitted to Bucks Council a ‘change of use’ application for Rivermead, on Oxford Road, in New Denham.
Plans detail a ‘conversion from offices to 54 one and two-bedroom residential units via permitted development rights’.

There will also be 82 parking spaces (eight disabled) and 108 cycle bays.
Planning permission for the change of use was granted in 2019.

“The purpose of this application is to refresh [an] extant planning permission for a further three years,” a cover letter reads.
“No changes have been made to the scale/quantum of the proposed development.”
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
