Plans to convert an office building to flats have been submitted to the council.
ICM Properties Limited, of Mercury Park, in Wooburn Green, has submitted to Bucks Council a ‘change of use’ application for 85-87 Holtspur Lane, in Wooburn Green.
Plans detail the ‘conversion of the existing offices to one studio, and two one-bed, ten two-bed, and two three-bed flats’ – 15 in total.

The applicant anticipates “no increase in traffic generation or parking demand”, adding 29 parking spaces ‘will be available in an adjacent car park’.

A planning statement says the office building was “released from a requirement to be occupied only in association with the adjacent warehouse building in 2010”.
“I would be grateful if you could advise…whether prior approval is required,” it asks the council.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision.
