A man accused of murdering 55-year-old Andrew Ballantyne in High Wycombe appeared in court today.
Nickolas Williams, aged 25, of Gibbs Close in High Wycombe, was produced at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court this afternoon (Wednesday) where he was accused of murder.
The charge is in connection with an incident which took place in the early hours of Saturday morning, when Andrew Ballantyne was found unresponsive in Micklefield Road, High Wycombe, and died on the scene.

Appearing briefly in front magistrates today, Williams was informed he will next appear at Reading Crown Court on Friday, August 6.
The accused has yet to indicate whether he pleads guilty or not guilty to the charge.
Two other men, aged 27 and 25, both also from High Wycombe, were arrested in connection with the incident.
Charges have not been brought against either of the men, and the 27-year-old has been released under investigation.
