A man has died after being found injured on train tracks this weekend.
British Transport Police (BTP) officers were called to High Wycombe Railway Station yesterday (Saturday) following a report just before 11pm that a man had had been found on the tracks injured.
Emergency services, including the BTP and medics from the ambulance service descended on the scene but the man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
A BTP spokesman said officers are continuing to investigate to “understand how the male came to be on the tracks”.
A file will also be prepared for the coroner.
