Did the architects of the new Hampton Hotel at Handy Cross, actually take the trouble to design this building?
If they did, then they should be ashamed of themselves.
This site was a golden opportunity to produce a unique building that High Wycombe could have been proud of.
Unfortunately, it looks like one of the multi-storey concrete housing blocks that the Soviet Union produced in the 1960’s - drab and lifeless with no character.
I just hope that whoever is involved in redesigning the High Wycombe town centre has a more exciting and interesting vision.
