The face of a Bucks thug who broke his victim’s jaw and burst her eardrum during a three-year period of abuse has been revealed.

Police have released a mugshot of 33-year-old Ahmed Abdul-Rahman, who was jailed for seven years at Aylesbury Crown court for a number of violent offences he committed against his female victim.

The court heard on Thursday how Abdul-Rahman had battered his victim and unintentionally broken her jaw in 2017, and in a less serious assault in 2018 he perforated her ear drum.

Overall, Abdul-Rahman, of Granby Court in Milton Keynes, was found guilty of two counts of grievous bodily harm without intent and two counts of actual bodily harm.

Abdul-Rahman was also found guilty of controlling or coercive behaviour. The court heard how he abused his victim from January 2017 until August 2020, causing her to fear that violence would be used against her on at least two occasions.
