A new drinking water fountain, a cottage demolition, and some extensions are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Demolition of existing two-storey detached dwelling and construction of two-storey detached five-bed dwelling with new drive, parking, and hard/soft landscaping - 21/07186/FUL

J Smith and Sons (Walter’s Ash) Ltd, has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Ann’s Cottage, Naphill.

Following demolition of the existing property, a five-bed house will be built.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.

Householder application for construction of single-storey front and side extensions, conversion of garage to habitable accommodation, first-floor rear extension and insertion of three bay windows - 21/07193/FUL

Mr and Mrs McGee have submitted to the council an application for 77 Hamilton Road, High Wycombe.

Plans detail a ‘first-floor rear extension, alteration to a previously approved side extension, a garage conversion, a ground floor front extension, and three bay windows’.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision from the local authority.

Householder application for conversion of existing detached garage to garden shed/gym/office/summer house, including replacement pitched roof, insertion of ten rooflights and associated external alterations - 21/07189/FUL

Mr Mark Givargisoff has submitted to Bucks Council an application for Cruachan, Sandpits Lane, Tylers Green.

A new outbuilding for a gymnasium, office and sunroom is proposed.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.

Householder application for construction of front porch extension - 21/07183/FUL

A Bucks resident has submitted a planning application for 10 Old Dashwood Hill, Studley Green.

The extension will be made from brick, tile, and have UPVC windows.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the local authority.

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed bottle filler/drinking water fountain on the Town Hall green - PL/21/2775/SA

Beaconsfield Town Council has submitted an application for a new drinking water fountain near the council hall, on Penn Road.

“The drinking fountain will be placed at the very edge of the green, by the pavement, where it can be accessed by the public. It will not impede access or have any detrimental effect on the surroundings,” a report states.

Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
