This means that with a total of three medals, Boralse’s have won more accolades at the Games so far than several countries.
The medals table shows that 25 countries are currently joint last in 42nd place with one medal each, with nations such as Portugal, India, Argentina, Israel, Cuba, the Ivory Coast, Norway, Iran, Thailand and Poland being just some of the lands that have got less so far this summer than Borlase’s.
Gold medal number 2 for @tomdean00 who won the 4x200m freestyle relay along with the rest of his team! Inspiring and awesome! 🥇🥇 https://t.co/h8DgTMzRFv

Marlow is no stranger in seeing some of its former residents do well at the games, as the town trained the likes of Sir Steve Redgrave and Paralympian, Naomi Riches MBE.
