A bungling drug dealer who was caught selling cannabis right in front of police officers has admitted his crimes.
Nadir Khan, aged 31, of Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury, appeared at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court today (Friday) where he pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cannabis and supplying cannabis.
The court heard from prosecutor Dana Patel how Khan was caught in the act on January 11.
Ms Patel said: “At 2.30pm, police officers on patrol witnessed an exchange between him and another gentleman.
“They didn’t see what was exchanged so they searched him and they found cash, two zip-lock bags with cannabis in and a mobile phone.
“They also found cannabis on the other man.”
Ms Patel told the court that officers recovered an estimated £330-worth of cannabis from the two men.
Khan is due to be sentenced for these offences at Aylesbury Crown Court in August, and has been granted unconditional bail until then.
