It is not uncommon to see animals on public transport.
When on a train, dogs can sometimes be seen on the carriages and we’ve often seen a pigeon or two jump on the tube when in London.
However, have you ever seen a chicken catch a bus?
In a somewhat blunt social post, a person shared on the Aylesbury Grapevine Facebook page that they ‘spotted a chicken on a bus earlier today’ [July 21], before a video was uploaded proving such claim.

The six second clip shows the farmyard animal on the vehicle in Aylesbury, without any context.
Some people have found the clip amusing, with one person saying that the chicken was a ‘KFC escapee’, whilst another said, ‘so that’s how they cross the road!’
It is not known who shot the video, where the bus was heading or why the chicken was on the vehicle.
