A person who fly-tipped in Buckinghamshire before fleeing the country has been fined.
The individual, who travelled from Cheshunt in Hertfordshire, dumped their trash at Gatemoor Lane in Penn, High Wycombe in December last year.
In all, the person in question has been fined £1,617.
