A former school has gone up for sale for nearly £2 million - and could be redeveloped.
St Teresa's independent school and nursery in Princes Risborough now sits empty after it recently shut down.
Photos on its RightMove listing show the corridors abandoned, display boards where pupils would proudly show off their work blank and the outdoor play areas covered in leaves and debris.
The school, in Aylesbury Road, and a self-contained three-storey building called Ker Anna, are up for sale with a guide price of £1,850,000.
Chandler Garvey, who are marketing the school, say there is potential for change of use and development, as long as planning permission is granted.
They said: "A firm of planning consultants has provided a planning advice note relating to the existing use and the potential for alternative uses and redevelopment. A copy of this is available on request.
"This considers the potential for redevelopment for housing amongst other matters.
"Subject to full consideration of all relevant matters, the Site is regarded as having good redevelopment potential.
"It is in a highly sustainable location within Princes Risborough town centre and is easily accessible to a range of services and facilities.
"It has the potential to deliver a high-quality scheme that could enhance this part of the town centre as well as the Conservation Area."
A number of former St Teresa's pupils went on to Griffin House Preparatory School in Little Kimble when it shut.
