A demolition job, new homes, and an extension project are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.
Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.
Listed building application for internal damp remediation and single-storey rear extension - 21/07078/LBC
Tracey Wainwright, of Battram Associates, has submitted to Bucks Council an application for St Peter’s Cottage, Ellesborough Road, Butler’s Cross.
Plans detail ‘internal damp redress and a ground-floor extension for a shower room’.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.
Demolition of existing house and garage and erection of two semi-detached dwellings - PL/21/2539/FA
Mr Hossain Kamyab, of Knotty Green, has submitted to the council an application for 121 Holtspur Top Lane, Beaconsfield.
The existing house is currently vacant, documents state.
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
Householder application for construction of first-floor side, rear extensions and detached garden office - 21/07056/FUL
Mr Nicholas Lee has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Heatherside, Beacon Hill, Penn.
Plans outline the erection of some extensions and an outbuilding.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the local authority.
Single-storey rear extension, three side rooflights, new side door entrance and side window and internal layout change - PL/21/2565/FA
Mr and Mrs McCrindle, of Hollins Farm, in Downham, Lancashire, have submitted to Bucks Council an application for 1 Woodbine Cottages, South Side, Chalfont St Peter.
Plans outline the ‘demolition of a door on the flank wall and the inner face outrigger wall on the ground floor only’.
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
Construction of a new dwelling and alterations to the existing dwelling including part-demolition of structure, erection of two-storey rear extension, three side dormer windows and attached garage, two additional vehicular accesses - PL/21/2465/FA
Mrs Coral Hampton has submitted a planning application for 37 Lincoln Hatch Lane, Burnham.
Plans also include six parking spaces, up from three.
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
