- Murad Shah, 45, of Stonehaven Road, Aylesbury. Possession of a class A drug. Had a quantity of crack cocaine in Aylesbury on March 9. Fined £120. £119 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
- Craig Shoult, 29, of Chalgrove Walk, Aylesbury. Driving over the drug drive limit. On December 5, 2020, in A41 Bicester Road, Aylesbury, had a proportion of Benzoylecgonine in their blood. Fined £400. Costs £152. Disqualified from driving for one year. Possession of a class B drug. Had a quantity of cannabis in Aylesbury on December 5, 2020. Fined £266. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Commission of a further offence during the period of a suspended sentence order made by Buckinghamshire Magistrates’ Court on July 9, 2019. Fined £100.
- Andrian Frunza, 26, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. Driving over the drug drive limit. On November 19, 2020, in Oxford Road, Aylesbury, had a proportion of controlled drug Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £368. Costs £122. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
- Toby Sawyer, 48, of Denham Road, Iver. Theft from a shop. On September 17, 2020, in Iver, stole a bottle of wine valued at £5 from Co-operative Food. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation £5. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On September 17, 2020, in Iver, damaged the rear seats of a police vehicle belonging to Thames Valley Police. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation £92.40. Using threatening words of behaviour likely to cause harassment or distress in Iver on September 17, 2020. Driving record endorsed with six points. Driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Bierton Road, Aylesbury on March 28. No separate penalty. - Andrew McMaster, 32, of A413, Wendover. Failing to surrender to custody at Buckinghamshire Magistrates’ Court on June 7. Fined £40. Costs £34.
- Jordan Barrass, 22, of Simmons Way, High Wycombe. Driving over the drug-drive limit. On December 1, 2020, in Edmunds Road, High Wycombe, had a proportion of cannabis in their blood. Fined £350. Costs £155. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Using a motor vehicle on December 1, 2020, in Edmunds Road, High Wycombe without third party insurance. Fined £350. Using a passenger vehicle with insufficient tread in Edmunds Road, High Wycombe on December 1, 2020. No separate penalty.
- Damien Elie, 21, of Bierton Road, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on March 23. Committed to young offender institution for 21 days. Compensation £100.
