Police confirm there have been complaints of misuse of nitrous oxide in Holmer Green.
After receiving these complaints police seized the drug from a young person in the village.
Nitrous oxide (NOS) is a colourless gas sold in canisters, usually inhaled using a balloon.

It slows down your brain and your body’s responses, and the effects of the drug varies depending on how much has been inhaled.
Known as 'hippy crack', inhaling the gas can leave the user feeling relaxed and euphoric - but can also have fatal consequences.
