A pub in Loudwater has been boarded up after being listed as sold on a leisure and retail property specialists.
The Happy Union Pub was listed on Drake & Company's website as being recently sold after a closing date for offers on May 27.
Earlier this week the windows and doors on the ground floor of the pub have been boarded up with metal panels.

The pub based on the junction of Boundary Road and Treadaway Hill has had its car park fenced off for several months.
Inside the property the first floor has five bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge with the ground floor consisting of a bar, kitchen, beer cellar, toilets and an office.

The car park has 15 spaces.
A new residential development comprised of 27 flats is at the rear of the pub.
