Plans to convert a former hotel and pub into new apartments have been submitted to the council.
Vertex Pinnacle Investments Ltd, of Hounslow, has submitted to Bucks Council a ‘change of use’ application for the former Tree Hotel, on Marlow Road, in Cadmore End.
Although no additional documents are available at this time, the Wycombe planning portal outlines the ‘erection of a two-storey rear extension to the main building and side and rear extensions to the existing residential building’.
