Another drug dealer caught on the streets of Bucks has been put behind bars – but not before taking a little bit of punishment from the judge who sentenced him.
Kayne Joseph, aged 19, of Greenway Road in Ealing, was sentenced to three years in prison on Friday after he pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine in December 2020.
Sentencing him at Aylesbury Crown Court, judge Francis Sheridan gave the offender a withering lecture to demonstrate the contempt that he, and the Buckinghamshire public, have towards drug dealers.

Firstly, when hearing about Joseph’s crime, Judge Sheridan dismissed the offender as “not the mastermind”.
When the two lawyers were finished presenting their arguments, the judge told Joseph what he really thought about him – and others who choose to sell drugs.
He said: “The public are sick and tired of drug dealers peddling their filth on the streets of Aylesbury.
“The quantity of drugs is very large indeed. I’m told you are not a street dealer in the classic sense because you didn’t sell them on the streets to other drug addicts.
“In some way, that point is double-edged because these drugs are being supplied to other drug dealers.
“You have a difficult background but you are an adult, and in my view, the position is that the only appropriate punishment must be immediate custody, for the public confidence in the court to protect them from drug dealers.”
However, before sending Joseph away, judge Sheridan appealed to him to turn his life around when he gets out of prison.
He said: “You are capable of hard work. You don’t have to deal drugs.
“I hope you will consider that and get yourself out of custody as quickly as possible and get yourself help.”
