A leading journalist and author who penned a fascinating guide to managing stress at work is offering a free copy of his book to a lucky winner.
‘Stress in the Spotlight’, the best-selling book by journalist Brian Claridge, offers an insight into “life at the top” and features interviews with high-profile individuals in high pressure positions.
