A residential development, an extension, and a garden room are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.
Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.
Listed building application for construction of two-storey rear extension, conversion of garage and store to granny annexe and fenestration alterations - 21/06941/LBC
Mr Neil Harris has submitted to Bucks Council an application for Woodman’s Nap, Piddington Lane, Wheeler End.
“The alterations and extensions are not affecting the listed part of the building”, documents state.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the local authority.

Erection of a new dwelling - PL/21/2535/FA
A planning application for land at 2 Crossleys, Chalfont St Giles, has been submitted to Bucks Council.
A design and access statement states the property is owned by Mr Griffin.
Plans detail the ‘construction of a new three-bedroom detached house’.
Two-storey front extension, garden room, internal alterations and additional first-floor window to side elevation - PL/21/2444/FA
Mr Ingram has submitted to Bucks Council an application for 9 Manor Close, Prestwood.
The agent is St John’s Projects Ltd, on Kiln Road.
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.

Householder application for construction of replacement garage - 21/06980/FUL
Mr Seegoolam has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for 191 Spearing Road, High Wycombe.
Timber, metal and concrete will be used to build the replacement garage, which can be seen from the road, documents state.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.
Erection of 28 dwellings, comprising 26 houses and two flats, with associated car port, access, parking and landscaping - PL/21/2198/FA
PGMI (Great Missenden) Ltd has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for land to the rear of The Old Red Lion pub, off the High Street, in Great Missenden.
Plans detail the ‘construction of 28 properties, including 26 houses and two flats, with a car port, 45 parking spaces, and some landscaping’.
A new vehicle access via Great Missenden railway station is also proposed.
Council planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
