A burglar who stole more than £7000-worth of goods from a High Wycombe home has been locked up for two years.
Andrew Francis, 44, was sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court this afternoon (Thursday) after he pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary.
The court heard how on November 6, 2019, Francis, of HMP Retford in Nottinghamshire broke into a house in The Pastures, High Wycombe, where he stole thousands of pounds-worth of items.
Some of the items Francis took included a laptop, an iPad, two watches and a box of changes, all of which added to £7,005 worth of goods.
Sentencing, the judge gave Francis a two-year prison sentence, which has been added on to the sentence that he is already serving in HMP Retford.
