Letters have been sent to Hazlemere residents to discuss purchasing their homes as part of a “wider development”.
It is still unknown what the development would be with letters reportedly sent to homeowners on Park Lane and Holmer Green Road.

The letters come from Option My Land, a property development manager, and say that they have identified the homes as of interest.
It reads: “We are specialists in planning and working with landowners and local authorities, negotiating and developing sites and have concluded that this is a site we would be successful in developing.
“In doing so, we would be prepared to offer a significant premium of the existing market value."
On the company’s website, they describe the process that would take place if homeowners decide to sell their property.

It reads: “Once we identify a site and agree a price with the landowner, we enter into an “Option Agreement”.
“This enables us to work with the local authorities to secure planning permission.
“This is a legal agreement that enables us to purchase the site at a pre-agreed price for a set period of time whilst we are in the process of exploring and obtaining planning permission.
“Once planning permission is achieved, contracts are formally exchanged.”
The Bucks Free Press has contacted Option my Land and will provide an update as soon as we get it.
