The last 10 days or so have been busy for Thames Valley Police, as they have seized many vehicles off our roads for various reasons.
Here are just some of the cars they have removed off our streets.
On June 23, a driver was arrested for performing a ‘doughnut’ stunt in Beaconsfield right in front of the police.
The motorist was asked to complete a roadside breath test which was subsequently failed before they were arrested.

A day later on June 24, a driver was caught on the roads without insurance whilst being unsupervised on a provisional licence.
The driver was reported, and the car was taken away.

On the same day, a driver spent the night in police custody after they reportedly failed a roadside drugs wipe in Stoke Poges.

A day later on June 25, a car that was reportedly stolen was located in Iver.
The vehicle was found in a residential area of the town with the police confirming that it been ‘recovered and the owner will be made aware.’

It was a busy few days for TVP as on June 26, a van that has been allegedly linked ‘to theft of vehicles in London’, was seized in Iver.
This was the result of a stop-and-search as the vehicle also did not have any tax.
It was later revealed that the driver was ‘escorted’ out of the area.

Back in Beaconsfield, TVP seized two cars on June 25 and 26.
The first was taken away as the driver did not have a incense and the vehicle had no insurance, whilst the second car did not have the latter.
Both motorists were reported.

Finally, on June 25, a BMW was taken away by the authorities for having no insurance.
It was also revealed that the car contained a ‘wanted woman’.
The woman was arrested, and the vehicle was seized.
