A driver in Beaconsfield failed a roadside breath test after crashing into a tree.
The neighbourhood police team stopped the driver after reports from members of the public about the driver

As well as failing the breath test the driver had no insurance meaning the vehicle was also recovered under section 165 of The Road Traffic Act.
