A motorist faces ‘a lengthy ban’ after they were arrested for allegedly drink driving.
In the evening of Thursday, July 1, the driver was stopped in Bourne End after the police received reports of ‘erratic driving’ in the area.
After the police visited the driver and asked them to do a breathalyser test, it was revealed that the motorist ‘had an alcohol level of 108ug, which is over three times the 35ug legal limit’, according to Thames Valley Police Roads Policing.

The driver was subsequently arrested and now awaits a court appearance.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms (ug) of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
