Several people who live in Bucks have been fined thousands of pounds after they broke lockdown restrictions earlier this year.
After committing the breaches, the offenders were taken to court and fined earlier this month. See below for the full list.
Mateus Slovinski, aged 29, of Griffin Lane in Aylesbury, was fined £1,760 and told to pay £266 costs at a hearing at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Friday, June 18.
The court heard how Slovinski had taken part in a gathering of two or more people in a private dwelling in Griffin Lane, Aylesbury, on January 27, when Tier 4 lockdown restrictions were in place.
At Oxford Magistrates’ Court on the same day, Peter Paszyn, 42, of Bicester Road in Aylesbury, was also fined £1,760 and told to pay £266 costs.
The offender was found to have taken part in a gathering of two or more people at Griffin Lane on January 27, breaching the Tier 4 lockdown restrictions.
Jawad Mirza, a 32-year-old of Lyndhurst Road in Chesham, was also fined £1,760 and told to pay £266 costs at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on June 18.
Mirza was proved to have participated in a gathering of two or more people in a private dwelling at Lyndhurst Road in Chesham on January 23, breaching the Tier 4 lockdown restrictions that were in place at the time.
Ellias Ali, aged 39, of Harley Drive in Milton Keynes, was told to pay a £1,760 fine and £266 costs at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on June 18.
The court heard how Ali had taken part in a gathering of two or more people inside a car – a Volkswagen Polo – in Milton Keynes on January 7, going against the Tier 4 lockdown restrictions.
Ali has been ordered to pay the balance by Friday, July 16.
