The Coroner’s Court has confirmed that the investigation into a man’s death in Fairford Leys is still ongoing.
In the late morning/early afternoon of Wednesday, June 2, the emergency services were called to Fairford Leys Way just outside Aylesbury, with the police cordoning off the area.
An air ambulance also arrived at the scene but around 2.30pm, Transport for Bucks had confirmed that a person had died, with the police calling it a ‘serious incident.’

And though the identification of the man has not been made public, along with the cause of the death, residents who live on the street, as well as Horton Close which is adjacent to Fairford Leys Way, believe an electrical worker who was working on some lampposts in the area, may have had an accident.
Following the news, South Central Ambulance Service said on June 2: “I can confirm that we were called at 11:30 to Fairford Leys Way to a medical emergency.
“We sent to the scene a rapid response vehicle, ambulance crew, ambulance officer and the Thames Valley Air Ambulance to assist one patient.
"Any further information will need to come from Thames Valley Police.”
