A High Wycombe woman who caused more than £2,000-worth of damage in a Beaconsfield artisan bakery has been ordered to pay compensation.
Karen Hudson, aged 36, of Kitchener Road, was ordered to pay £2,150 compensation after she pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to property belonging to Jungs Bakery on November 24 last year.
At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on June 7, she also pleaded guilty to assaulting two men in Beaconsfield on the same day.
The court heard how Hudson damaged a barbecue at the bakery in Broadway, as well as other fittings and property in the shop, with the intention of either damaging or destroying it.
As well as the compensation, Hudson was also ordered to pay a further £185 costs to the court.
