A three-car crash has closed off the A404 between Bisham and Little Marlow.

The northbound carriageway between the A308 (Bisham) and the A4155 (Little Marlow) is closed, with emergency services at the scene.

Traffic is being diverted and drivers are being asked to plan ahead for journeys, with long delays in the area.

Here is the diversion route. Signs with the solid diamond diversion symbol are in place: 

  • From the A404 northbound, leave at the Burchetts Green interchange
  • At the T junction, turn left and join the A4130 Henley Road
  • Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit to continue on the A4130
  • Continue for six miles and remain on the A4130 over the River Thames and into Henley-on-Thames
  • Continue to the Hart Street traffic signal controlled junction
  • Turn right and join the A4130 Bell Street
  • Continue to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit to join the A4155 Marlow Road
  • Continue for seven miles into Marlow town centre
  • Continue through Marlow and follow the A4155 to the A404 Marlow Interchange
  • At the roundabout, use the first exit to re-join the A404 northbound
