A NEW log cabin, a computer coding school, and a car garage are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.
Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.
Demolition of existing log cabin to the rear and erection of a new log cabin to the end of driveway – PL/21/1823/FA
Mrs Emily Heath has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for The Wish, 7 Kings Road, Chalfont St Giles.
Plans detail a 5 x 5-metre log cabin to be built at the front of the property to replace the existing one at the back, to be used as a workplace for microblading.
The new cabin will have a toilet and running water for a sink.

Change use for rear first-floor office space for provision of education – PL/21/2125/FA
Mr Robin Theakston of Coding Education Ltd has submitted to Bucks Council a ‘change of use’ application for Pilgrim House, 12H Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross.
Plans detail converting the vacant offices of a management consulting company to a space for Code Ninjas, a company that teaches children between the ages of 7-11 to code and computer programme.
Change of use to motor repair garage with light body work and MOT testing and four new MOT customer parking spaces – PL/21/1954/FA
Naaem Butt of FB Motor Services has submitted to Bucks Council a ‘change of use’ application for Little Britain House, Alma Road, Chesham.
Plans detail the conversion of the site to a vehicle repair shop, with “light body work and MOT testing” services.
The change will ensure the full-time employment of four workers, council documents indicate.
The owner, believed to be at 12 Chess Business Park, in Chesham, has been notified.

Demolition of existing storage buildings and construction of three replacement storage buildings with bin stores, cycle parking and landscaping – 21/06329/FUL
GW Copas Farms, in Taplow, has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Units 7, 8 and 9, Westfield Farm, Medmenham.
The existing storage buildings will be torn down and replaced with three new ones, according to council documents.
The applicant is now ‘awaiting a decision’ from Bucks Council.
Erection of four one-bed flats (three with home working studies) with under croft parking for two cars and surface parking for two cars – 21/06450/FUL
Mr A Hussain, of St James Design and Build Limited, in High Wycombe, has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for a patch of land south of 1 Seymour Court Road, in Marlow.
Plans detail the erection of four one-bed flats (all destined for the ‘housing market’) with under croft parking for two cars and surface parking for two more cars – four in total.
The land, between Berwick Road and Seymour Court Road, was previously residential garden land, which is now disused, according to council documents.
