This week for Then and Now we take a look at the pubs of Prestwood through the years.
This first photo from around 1995 is a view of the Green Man pub and adjacent cottages in the High Street.
The pub still stands and has recently undergone an extension to increase its floorspace and serve hot food to punters.

This second photo from April 2003 is of The Chequers on the north-west side of the junction of Wycombe Road and the High Street.
This pub is also still there and has been renamed to The Chequers Tree.
