A man has avoided serious punishment after he was caught sexually touching himself in a quiet Bucks village.
Pawel Broszkiewicz, 49, of Preston Road in Wembley, was caught committing an act of “outraging public decency” in Denham on Monday, March 15.
At a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates Court, Broszkiewicz admitted to masturbating in a public place and was fined £230. He was also ordered to pay £129 costs.
