Thames Valley Police's road policing team seized the vehicle after stopping the driver who 'almost hit' the police car.

After being stopped to give advice on mirrors the officers found the driver only held a provisional license and was driving alone.
The driver also had no insurance.
Driving through Fishermead when this delight pulled out from a space, almost hitting me. Stopped to give advice on mirrors, surprisingly the driver turns out to be an unaccompanied provisional with no insurance.
