April 6

  • Reuben Smith, 25, of Wyatts Covert, Denham. Making an indecent photograph/pseudo-photograph of a child. Between October 10, 2017, and February 18, 2019, made 63 indecent images of children of category A, including both still and moving images. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 24 months. Must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Sexual harm prevention order made until April 6, 2026. Costs £213. Make indecent photograph/pseudo-photograph of a child. Between October 10, 2017, and February 18, 2019, made 110 indecent images of children in category B. Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive to offence number one, suspended for 24 months. Committed to prison for six months concurrent, suspended for 24 months. 
  • James Armfield, 41, of Anns Close, Aylesbury. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Aylesbury Road, Monks Risborough, on July 5, 2020. The recorded speed was 48mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £346. Costs £154. Driving record endorsed with five points. 
  • James Armfield, 41, of Anns Close, Aylesbury. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Aylesbury Road, Monks Risborough, on July 19, 2020. The recorded speed was 43mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £346. Driving record endorsed with five points. 
  • Jaiminkumar Mehta, 54, of Gordon Smith Close, Aston Clinton. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on London Road, Aston Clinton, on September 25, 2020. The recorded speed was 37mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £461. Costs £131. Driving record endorsed with three points. 
  • Osborne Parsons, 57, of York Place, Aylesbury. Driving over the 70mph speed limit on the A41 in Aston Clinton on October 16, 2020. The recorded speed was 121mph. Fined £346. Costs £120. Disqualified from driving for 56 days.

  • Laura McDonald, 34, of Oldfield Street, Aylesbury. Failure without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on September 1, 2020, by failing to attend planned telephone appointments and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse. Fined £120. Costs £60. 
  • Aston Johnson, 31, of Gaviots Way, Gerrards Cross. Failure without reasonable excuse to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend planned visits, failing to comply with a planned office visit, failing to attend a telephone appointment and failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse within a reasonable time period or at all. Fined £500. Costs £60. 
  • Gaurav Kumar, 30, of Fulmer Drive, Gerrards Cross. Driving over the speed limit on A412 North Orbital Road, Denham, on January 19, 2020. The recorded speed was 48mph. Fined £293. Costs £122. Disqualified from driving for seven days. 

April 8 

  • Duane Appleby, 42, of Lingfield Close, High Wycombe. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. Damaged a Nissan 350Z belonging to someone else in High Wycombe on February 13, 2020. Fined £200. Compensation £793.36. Costs £119. 
  • Dumitru Marin, 42, of Priory Avenue, High Wycombe. Assault by beating of an emergency worker. Assaulted a police officer in High Wycombe on November 8, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £22. 
  • Nadar Nabeel, 21, of Beechlands, Hazlemere. Driving over the drug-drive limit on Desborough Road, High Wycombe. On December 28, 2019, had a proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahyrdocannabinol in their blood. Fined £324. Costs £167. Disqualified from driving for 13 months. 
  • Keith Barlow, 41, of Hampden Gardens, Aylesbury. Vehicle interference. On January 7 in Aylesbury, interfered with a motor vehicle. Community order made. Must have treatment for drug dependency for 12 months and participate in an accredited programme for 30 days. Possession of a controlled drug of class B. Had a small amount of cannabis at Aylesbury Police Station on January 7. Community order made. Fraud by false representation. Dishonestly used a bank card belonging to another person in Aylesbury on January 7. Community order made. On February 22, failed to surrender to custody at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court. Fined £50. On April 7, failed to surrender custody at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court. Fined £50.
