A new family-run estate agents opened on the parade in Marlow Bottom this week signing three properties.

The estate agents is run by Leanne Barrett and her family who have lived in the area since 2006.

From living in Marlow Bottom for 15 years Leanne is eager to share her knowledge with people looking to move to the area.

She said: “Marlow Bottom deserves its dedicated estate agency, particularly one that is a local expert who can talk genuinely about what a special place this is to live and work.

“I believe that local businesses can and should add value to the community where they operate and by carefully managing the number of properties Barrett Move lists at any given time, we will ensure that every client in our portfolio receives a quality and bespoke service.”

In 2008, Jamie and Leanne Barrett set up Barrett Law, a residential conveyancing law firm, which moved onto the parade in the village a few years later.

With Rightmove setting a new record on April 7 having over 9.3m visits on a single day, the Barrett family hoping this new venture will also be a success.
