A “wanted man” is among five people arrested following police patrols in High Wycombe.
Members of Thames Valley Police’s Stronghold team, neighbourhood teams and roads policing team worked together to identify those committing crime on the roads.
They targeted specific areas around the town and stopped 52 vehicles, seized six vehicles for having no insurance or road tax, arrested an alleged wanted man, and arrested four people on suspicion of drug-driving.
The operation took place in five different undisclosed locations around High Wycombe, with TVP saying they would not disclose road names as officers are looking to run the operation again in the future.
