However, “due to a combination of commercial and personal reasons, as well as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the applicant has been unable to progress with the commencement of the development.”
Mr Dunstall now seeks to renew consent for the development.

The existing site is used for “storage and distribution”, according to council documents.
The land is also ‘known to be or particularly vulnerable to’ contamination, it adds.
However, a planning statement reads: “The proposal is an appropriate form of development in the Green Belt…as it comprises the partial or complete redevelopment of previously developed land.”
It adds: “The proposal is for the erection of self-build plots for the applicant and his family.”
The applicant is now ‘awaiting a decision’ from Bucks Council.
