A dog that is ‘suspected to be a banned breed’ has been seized after a warrant at an address in Milton Keynes was executed.
On Thursday, April 22, members from the Smarter Resolution and Investigation Teams visited the address in Brooklands within the town under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

This comes after several reports were made by members of the community that focused on a dog that is allegedly a banned breed.

Following the warrant, the dog has seen been placed in kennels whilst ‘an assessment is completed’.
TVP Milton Keynes said: “The investigation around the owner remains ongoing.
“We would like to thank the community for their support in identifying the dog so that it can be assessed and reassure them that it is being well cared for whilst this is undertaken.”
