Plans have been lodged to build a new three-storey block of flats in Lane End.
The site is located in vacant brownfield land off of Edmonds Road in Lane End, High Wycombe, located close to the village's school and retail centre.
Developers hope to erect the new building which would comprise of five properties that are defined as 'affordable', of which one would be a two-bedroom flat and four would be one-bedroom.
The remaining eight properties would be categorised as 'market flats', comprising of two two-bedroom properties and six one-bedroom flats.
Also included in the proposal are plans for integrated bin stores, an access route, parking, a new public footpath and landscaping works.
Buckinghamshire Council will now decide whether to permit the application.
