Beaconsfield has been named as one of the popular places in Britain to buy a property according to a new survey conducted by Rightmove.com.
The sales website has crunched the numbers to reveal the most popular locations to buy a new property, according to data taken from online viewings conducted over the last 12 months.
Beaconsfield comes in at number three on the list, with nearby Langley making it to number six on the list.

The only two locations that have proven more popular with prospective buyers are Birmingham City Centre and Liverpool City Centre.
The average price estimate of a property in Beaconsfield has been calculated as £1,087,372 - by far the highest of any of the areas on the top ten.

Property expert Tim Bannister said: "Suburbs are also faring well as some people move further out from the centre of cities.
"Both sale and rental properties in city centres have been suffering over the past year as the usual appeal to live there has temporarily been taken away, leading to more stock than usual being available.
"But, we may see these start to shift more quickly over the next few months as lockdown restrictions continue to be removed.”
